Phi Theta Kappa Scholarships

A U.S. student is defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or other eligible non-citizen. All other students should select international.

A transfer student is defined as a student with any college/university coursework taken AFTER high school graduation.

An unlimited number of $1,000 Phi Theta Kappa scholarships will be awarded to qualified community college transfer students who currently hold active membership. The $1,000 Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship is given in addition to a Presidential Transfer Award leading to a total award of $ 8,000 or 9,000 per year. 

A minimum 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale and 45 transferable credit hours are preferred. 

The scholarship is awarded prior to first time enrollment and is renewable for a second year. 

Verification of current Phi Theta Kappa membership by a chapter advisor is required. Part-time students and students with previous bachelor's degrees are not eligible.
