Three interesting facts about Matt: 

1. In June of 2012, I married my wife in front of Old Main on Drake’s campus. We were told that we are the only people to have been married in front of Old Main.
2. I play sand volleyball, softball, indoor volleyball, flag football, play in a bowling league, and do trivia on Tuesday nights. I have voted myself as the MVP in every league and sport that I play in!
3. My best friend is a dog named Dexter.

Why do you love Drake? I met all my best friends at Drake. My friends, and the Drake community as a whole, have always made me feel at home.

What is your favorite thing to do in the Des Moines?I love to grab dinner with friends on the weekend, and then follow that up with an Iowa Cubs or Des Moines Buccaneers game.

Advice for prospective students: Make a decision you are comfortable with. Also, make sure to ask appropriate questions so you can make a well-informed decision for yourself.
