Why do you love Drake? I love Drake because of the people that make up the Drake Community – it is truly like family.

Where is your favorite place to be in the Des Moines Metro? I love the outdoors so I enjoy going to Raccoon River Park, Grey’s Lake, Jordan Creek Town Center Lake District, Pappajohn Sculpture Park or Badger Creek Lake.

What is your favorite food to get in Hubbell Dining Hall? Tossed salad and chicken bacon ranch pizza.

Rachelle's advice for prospective students: As you are going through your college search you need to ask these questions:  How long until I graduate? When will I start courses in my major?  How flexible is the general education curriculum? How much will it cost including scholarships and need based aid?  What opportunities are available for involvement? What are the benefits the city gives where the school is located?  Are there internship opportunities?  Once in college, immerse yourself in the campus and get involved.  You will only have your first undergraduate college experience once, so take advantage of all you can!
