Before you come to Drake, our Office of Student Financial Planning will work with you to ensure that your Drake education is financially accessible. A majority of Drake students—98 percent—receive scholarships and financial aid, making us one of the "Best Buys in College Education" according to Barron's 300 and Peterson's Guide to Competitive Colleges.

Full-time undergraduate tuition: $30,734
Room (double—all residence halls): $4,770
Board (all meal plans): $4,230
Student Activity Fee: $146

Total: $39,880
Annual rates include both fall and spring semesters, with 12 to 18 credit hours per semester.

 

Student Health Insurance for 2013-14 

Domestic student annual voluntary plan rate was $1,768 for the 2012-13 academic year. The new rate will be released in April. International students may contact the Center for International Programs (1-515-271-2084) for insurance rate information.
