Pre-Pharmacy Program Application for First Year Students

NOTE: The deadline to apply for the entering fall 2012 pre-pharmacy class was December 1, 2011. The pre-pharmacy application will not be available anymore for the 2012-13 school year. The application for the bachelors degree in Health Sciences is still available.

The pre-pharmacy application will be re-posted online on August 1, 2012 for students entering pre-pharmacy in the fall of 2013.

The College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences houses two majors: The Doctor of Pharmacy (first-year students apply as “pre-pharmacy”) and the bachelor's degree in health sciences. Applying for direct admission to the pre-pharmacy program differs from applying to all other undergraduate programs of study, including health sciences, in two ways: Pre-pharmacy has a strict application deadline (December 1), and pre-pharmacy students will be selected from a pool of applicants rather than on a rolling-admission basis. Admission may be granted directly to the pre-pharmacy program or to the program you have designated as a second field of study.

Admission to the pre-pharmacy program is offered only for the fall term. Admission to the health sciences program is available in any term.
