Even a mild winter deserves a break. We took ours when Grandma flew the Hauri clan out to Jamaica for a week. Staying in an all-inclusive resort, we busied ourselves by sitting on the beach, going to the market, learning various watersports, getting our hair cornrowed, turning down offers of hash, and figuring out the new digital camera.
