My name is Renae Steichen. I am a second year Environmental Policy major from
Madison, SD. Other than going to my wonderful environmental classes, I enjoy
going to concerts, playing guitar, being outside, and hanging out with
friends.
The ENSP department at Drake is great because all of the professors are
down-to-earth people and always eager to help.

Hi, My name is Paritosh Srivastava and
I am majoring in Environmental Policy and Political Science with minors in Sociology and Environmental Science. I am a senior at Drake University. I am an Indian by birth but I have lived in Cote d'Ivoire for about six years now. I really enjoy the Envrionmental Science and Policy program at Drake since it offers a variety and some really interesting courses. Moreover, the staff of the ENSP program encompasses really hardworking professors who constantly try to make it a better program. In sum, I have found the ENSP program to be really rewarding and worthy of my time and money! |

I'm a senior from Leawood, Kansas. I like the ENSP program at Drake because classes are fairly small which has allowed me to get to know the other students and professors better. We also have activities outside of class, like studnet-faculty soccer games. I also like that the program is flexible, allowing me to have a second major in Biology and also a minor in Chemistry without much difficulty. I like the opportunities that a smaller school and program can offer. For example, second semester of my sophomore year, I studied in Australia with a field studies program. There I was able design and implement a short research project with an Australian entomologist, and all my credits transfered easily. -Michelle Lewis E-mail Michelle at mnl002@drake.edu |
