M. Christine Schneider has been a member of the Drake University faculty since 1987. She earned a Bachelor of Music degree in flute performance and a Master of Music degree in music theory from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. As Director of the Drake University Community School of Music, Ms. Schneider is responsible for all aspects of the Community School’s operation. She also provides flute and private music theory instruction through the Community School. Additionally, during the 2004-2005 academic year, she is teaching music theory (Music 1 & 3) to the Music Department’s first-year students.
