A Quick Guide to Using the Discussion Forum for Path 100 Paths to Knowledge
Below you will find very basic instructions to using the discussion forum set
up for Paths to Knowledge. For more detailed instructions, please go to the following

Step One: Direct your browser to: http://www.multimedia2.drake.edu/webx?14@@.ee6e33b
Step Two: Click on the the folder for your group (e.g., Discussion Group 1).
Step Three: Click on one of the discussion topics listed on the page that appears.
Step Four: To see a list of messages posted in response to a particular topic, click on the button labeled "Outline." Then click on the message you would like to read. To post a new message related to this topic, press the button labeled "Start New Thread." For assistance, click on the button labeled "Help."
Step Five: Once you have pressed "Start New Thread," a page will appear where you can post a title for your message and, below that, a dialogue box, where you can put the message itself. Once you have typed your message, click on the button at the bottom of the page labeled "Post Message."
Step Six: Once you have clicked on "Post Message," you will be prompted for a password. Enter "paths" (without the quotation marks) and then click on "Login." Your message will automatically be posted to the web forum.
Important: Please make sure that you enter your first name and last name in
the box above the area where you type in your message.
