Methods and techniques of illustration in painting and drawing using various media including pen and ink, tempera, and oil paint. Prereq.: Previous painting experience or consent of instructor.

ART 125 - INTERMEDIATE PAINTING I
Advanced problems in composition involving the human figure, still life, and landscape. Prereq.: ART 64.

ART 126 - INTERMEDIATE PAINTING II
Continuance of ART 125. Prereq.: ART 125.

ART 163 - ADVANCED PAINTING I
Advanced pictorial compositions. Individual problems suited to each student. Emphasis on original presentation. Prereq.: ART 126.
