Introduction to the elements and principles of three dimensional design. This course will investigate the processes and concepts involved in making three dimensional works of art through a variety of materials, tools, and technical procedures.

ART 079 - SCULPTURE I
Introduction to the basic principles and concepts of sculpture through a variety of materials and processes including life modeling, steel fabrication, and woodworking. Prereq.: ART 14.

ART 080 - SCULPTURE II
Continuance of Sculpture I with additional emphasis placed on individual direction and style. Prereq.: ART 79.

ART 139 - INTERMEDIATE SCULPTURE I
More advanced study of sculpture and the relationship of form to material and content. Prereq.: ART 80.

ART 140 - INTERMEDIATE SCULPTURE II
Continuance of ART 139. Prereq.: ART 139.

ART 179 - ADVANCED SCULPTURE I
Individual problems in sculpture with an emphasis placed on the development of a series of related work. Prereq.: ART 140.
