Course Description This 3-semester hour course is restricted to Elementary Education majors. It is the second course in the Program of Study for a mathematics endorsement on an elementary education teaching certificate. It is highly recommended that this course be taken after Math 25 and prior to Educ 126 – Teaching of Mathematics. Technology is an important tool in mathematics. A TI-15 calculator is required as well as a set of concrete manipulatives that are available at the University Bookstore. Prerequisite for this course is successful completion of Math 25 or similar course.
