Welcome to the All Staff Council

 It is the primary mission of the Drake University All Staff Council to promote a positive and collaborative campus work environment.  The Board exists to strengthen communication among and between various University constituencies; to provide a forum for discussing and defining the role of staff in the University; to provide a vehicle for communication of interests, concerns and issues that impact staff; to garner a broad base of input into the strategic goals initiatives of the University; to contribute to a culture of inclusion and recognition.

 

Seeking Nominations:

Nominations for All Staff Council (ASC) committee positions are being accepted for elections to be held April 19 through April 30. Elected individuals will begin their term June 1, 2010 and serve a three-year term.  Self nominations and nominations of others are welcome. Nominees will be contacted before elections to confirm acceptance of the nomination. See the Governance page for the nomination form and more details.

About the All Staff Council:

All members of the staff are welcome to attend a meeting or participate in the existing committees: Recognition, Governance, Communications, and Special Events. Find out more by checking out the committee pages. Additionally, all staff members are welcome to attend the Executive Council Meetings.
