Drake has purchased Pyramid Analytics for dashboards and adhoc queries to replace Microsoft Performance Point and ProClarity, the latter which will be desupported by MicroSoft. The Pyramid tools were evaluated by DUSIS Team Leaders who believe the tools to be more user friendly than their Microsoft counterparts. Training for the student and financial aid teams occurred the week of June 24. The team will now be working to migrate existing dashboard to Pyramid as well as develop new dashboards and adhoc queries.
The blueCube team has also upgraded blueCube to version 4.1.1 of Blackboard Analytics. This upgrade provides the capability to identify at risk students as well as adds much more data to the warehouse structure which will facilitate the migration of student operational reporting to blueCube.
