TO ENROLL into the Drake Student Health Insurance Plan

 

To complete the insurance enrollment process, go to www.drake.edu/blueview, Log in and go to the Student Health Insurance Verification Channel found under the Student Services Tab.  Here you can find more information on the insurance offered and how to enroll in the student health insurance.   Click HERE to view the enrollment website screenshots powerpoint before actually enrolling.

 Click on Find Your School,
Type in Drake University,
 Click on the green Drake University link,
 Click on Insurance Enrollment button.

Contact Aetna Student Health Customer Service toll free number (866-574-8375) with online access issues or plan questions.  You can also contact customer service online at:

Click on Find Your School,
Type in Drake University,
Click on the green Drake University link,
 Click on Help Center. 

Approximately 10 days after you have enrolled, you can go the Aetna Navigator site to review your personal insurance information.

Click on Aetna Navigator
Click on Access Aetna
Click on First Time User
Click on I'm an Aetna Member
Click on Primary Subscriber
Next
 Fill in your Personal Information

Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to go into the Aetna Navigator site and retrieve your personal insurance information including printing off an ID card.  If you have any problems with the site, you can call Aetna Student Health Customer Service at 866-574-8375.  Policy number: 697425.
