Policy Title: Joint Degree Pricing

Purpose: To outline the official policy for joint degree pricing.


Full-time joint degree students:

  • During fall and spring semesters:
    Hours taken are billed at the full-time rate in the primary program (either PharmD or Law) to the max of 18 hours max for PharmD; 17 hours max for Law.  (special permission required by the Dean to exceed the maximum).
           *Overload hours are charged at the rate equal to the primary program part-time rate per hour

  • During summer term:
           *Hours taken in the secondary degree program (i.e., MBA or MPA) will be billed at the                        secondary program rate.  Hours taken in the primary program will be billed at the primary                program rate (i.e., Law or PharmD)
