07:00 PM - 08:30 PM @ Meredith 106 - Dr. Hui Shen received her PhD in Sociology in 2005 from Nanjing University and is currently an associate professor in the Department of Social Work and Social Policy, School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Nanjing University. Dr. Shen taught "Introductions to Social Work" and "Medical Social Work" at the undergraduate level and "Mental Health" to post graduates. Her research is in the fields of social work an sociology, with a specific focus on social work and social services in China, drug addiction rehabilitation, and services for the elderly and disabled children.
