Heidi C. Mannetter, MBA, PMP

Associate Professor of Practice in Marketing

Heidi C. Mannetter, Associate Professor of Practice in Marketing, teaches Digital Marketing and Marketing Principles to Drake University’s marketing undergraduates, and Creating Consumer Behavior in the Drake MBA program. Professor Mannetter has nearly 20 years of expertise in marketing strategy and corporate digital transformation, with experience working in marketing and project management roles at Principal Financial Group, Pella Windows and Doors, and most recently as a Business Strategy Implementation Consultant at Marsh McLennan.

Professor Mannetter is currently developing a research proposal for her dissertation on Gerative AI in Higher Education, which she plans to complete in the spring of 2024. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with an Ethics minor from the University of Northern Iowa and her Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Iowa’s Tippie School of Management. In addition to being the faculty advisor for Drake’s chapter of Delta Sigma Pi, Professor Mannetter is a regular mentor for the Global Insurance Accelerator, and serves on several non-profit boards and committees.
