Master of Science in Education Leadership
(Pre K-12 School Principal Licensure)

New cohort at Grant Wood AEA!

Drake's Master of Science in Education Leadership in a two-year, 36-hour graduate degree program designed for professionals aspiring to be principals, associate/assistant principals, special education directors, athletic directors, curriculum leaders, deans of students, or area education agency administrators.

Earn your degree/license from a school with a program known and respected by hiring school leaders across the state.

Highlights of the program include:

  • Experience faculty who have been successful school principals
  • Face-to-face weekend courses - only three weekends per course
  • Practice-based learning with real school experiences/activities to help you develop into an effective school leader

Take our two introductory courses for a reduced rate of $595 per class to see if the full program is right for you.

• EDMA 213- Professional and Personal Leadership Seminar
• EDMA 214- Leadership in the Profession

These courses will fully transfer into the degree program.

Drake will host 25 young African leaders this summer for an intensive six-week Fellowship program focusing on business and entrepreneurship. The Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State.
