The Drake personalized/customized paper goods e-Store is hosted by Woolverton Manufacturing and is your source to purchase personalized items such as letterhead, envelopes and business cards. (Please note that the Competitive Edge e-Store will continue to be your source for Drake branded giveaways and promotional merchandise such as pens, pencils, pennants, etc.)

Instructions to help you navigate the website are provided below. Once you receive your login credentials (estimated 7-10 day delivery), please navigate through the shopping experience and let us know if you have any difficulty. It will ask you for your Banner ID and password.
It will prompt you to reset your password to one of your choosing and then it will ask you to set up your personal security questions.
Click the “Products” tab to see the “University Stationery” folder and, if applicable, individual folder(s) containing items specific to your business unit.
These items are produced by Woolverton Mfg. and will ship to you directly from their factory in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Please allow plenty of time for these items to be delivered – generally 10 working days.
When you place an order for any item that is personalized, those orders will first be approved by University Communications Production Manager, Micki Nelson, before being sent through to the vendor for printing. For questions, Micki can be reached at 271-2833.
On the “Choose Shipping Address” page on the Woolverton site, please enter your name in the “Attn:” box and confirm the delivery address/building/room number is correct. (You may need to complete the information in the right hand column the first time you place an order. If you have trouble, of course call University Communications.)
On the next page (“Enter FOAPAL Number”)
WARNING: DO NOT click on little button in the top left corner. If you do, you will not be able to enter your FOAPAL, because the screen will prepopulate the fields with non-editable names of countries, etc., and Woolverton’s MIS Administrator’s intervention will become necessary.
Instead, please skip down to the Fund, Org, Account, Program and Activity fields and fill those in. These orders are charged to your org via a billing feed processed monthly.
