Crystal is a 2004 graduate of Drake University with a Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration after which she completed an APhA-ASHP Accredited Residency in Pharmacy Practice with emphasis in Community Care with Albertsons/Osco Drug and Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy.

Crystal Lennartz, PharmD, MBA, is currently the Manager of Health Mart Operational Development for McKesson Corporation. Health Mart is an independent pharmacy franchise with over 3,100 stores.  

Prior to joining McKesson, Dr. Lennartz was Director of Continuing Education for Drug Store News, where she was responsible for the development of continuing education and custom education solutions for retailers. She also previously served as the Manager of Pharmacy Practice and Operations for the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) were she was responsible for pharmacy practice issues including pharmacist provided services such as immunizations and medication therapy management. Prior to NACDS, Crystal worked for SUPERVALU Pharmacies (formerly Albertsons) where she held positions as Manager of Wellness Services, Manager of Adult Immunization Program, Residency Preceptor, and MTM Specialist in their Chicago area stores.
