Background:
Becca is currently a junior Health Sciences student at Drake University. On campus, she is involved in a variety of activities including: CPHS Ambassadors, Health Sciences Student Organization, Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity, Drake Student Activities Board, CPHS Student Government Association, and CPHS Student Affairs Committee. As a student pursuing a concentration in leadership, she also is a graduate of the Adams Leadership Academy and represented the CPHS as an Orientation Leader last summer.

In her free time, Becca is involved in research at Iowa Methodist Medical Center under the direction of Dr. Hayden Smith. She also enjoys volunteering in both the Des Moines community and on Drake’s campus.

After graduating from Drake, Becca plans to attend a nursing program to pursue a career as a pediatric nurse practitioner.
