FAQ

Question: What skills should I have?

Answer: Students should understand that studying to become a pharmacist will be challenging. They should have an aptitude in science and have good interpersonal skills. They should understand that hard work, dedication, and a motivation to learn are essential skills and have good time management and study habits. Students must also be able to work well in groups and not be afraid to ask questions. Drake’s program reinforces the development of these skills through coursework, the opportunity to join pharmacy organizations, and in promoting the formation of study groups.
