Question: What if I’m missing some of the prerequisite courses? Can I come to Drake and complete them? Will I be given special consideration for admission to the professional program if I’m already at Drake?
Answer: Students must complete the prerequisite courses by the term noted on the chart in order to be considered for admission to the following fall term. Students can enroll at Drake to complete prerequisites, but there is no special consideration given to students already at Drake. Prerequisite courses may be completed at any accredited institution. Students should enroll at Drake if they are interested in earning a Drake degree, but not necessarily in pharmacy. They should not enroll simply to enhance their chances of admission into the professional program.
