Applicants for one of the CPHS undergraduate or pre-professional programs (Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences degree, Pre-Pharmacy, Pre-Occupational Therapy or Pre-Athletic Training) should complete an undergraduate application through Drake University's Office of Admission.
Applications for the first cohort of the Master's program will open beginning in the summer of 2018. The application process will include an ATCAS and supplemental application, official transcripts of undergraduate coursework, 50 hours of observation with an athletic trainer and a statement of interest in the program. Strong applicants will be invited to participate in the second phase of the admission process, which includes an on-campus interview.
Admission to the Drake University OTD program is based on academic and personal qualifications that are necessary for successful, competent practice as an occupational therapist. Candidates are evaluated on the basis of the fit between their personal goals and the mission and goals of the OTD program.
Students who are currently enrolled in the pre-pharmacy program at Drake must meet the Drake PharmD Connection requirements for admission into the PharmD program.
Students who complete their prerequisite coursework at another regionally accredited institution or in a major other than pre-pharmacy at Drake must meeting the following requirements:
