Schedule Information for IPPE Preceptors

Thank you for working with our students!  Schedules are now posted online in E*Value for you to access. 

To access your schedule electronically:

  • Login to E*Value at using your assigned user name and password which should have been emailed to you separately.  If you do not have it or are having trouble locating it, send us a note at and we will forward it to you.
  • Choose the “Schedules” icon at the top of the screen,” then choose “Reports” from the submenu.

  • In the filter, select start and end dates that encompass the entire semester.  Choose “Next” and a report will populate with your assigned students, course name and date ranges for the experience.

To review the specifics of your students’ schedules:

  • Within your schedule, click on your site/facility name.  This will allow you to view information about the student's specifically assigned days and times.

To complete student evaluations:

  • You will receive an email message near the end of the scheduled experience which will link you to the evaluation. Evaluations can also be accessed by choosing the “Evaluations” icon.  You may also access evaluations under "Pending Evaluations" on your home page.

Course descriptions are available by clicking the appropriate student rank in left hand navigation of our experiential website (P1, P2, P3).  Complete course syllabi are available to you on your E*Value home page.  These syllabi provide an overview of the competencies students should be focusing on while at your practice site and contain a list of suggested activities and projects.  If you cannot locate your login and password information or need help navigating the E*Value system, please contact us at one of the email addresses listed above and we will be happy to assist!
