Experience the Drake Difference

Practitioner-focused: Drake's courses are designed to help working professionals advance as leaders in their fields. Projects and assignments, as well as your dissertation, allow you to align the program to your needs, interests and goals.

Convenient Scheduling: Courses are held in a weekend format (Friday evening/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday morning) to allow you to complete the program while working full time. The doctoral program can be completed in as little as three years.

Valuable Connections: Through Drake's cohort model, you'll complete your degree within a supportive community of fellow students and leaders. The program provides a built-in network of professionals with whom you can interact for years to come.

Face-to-face instruction: Your courses will be taught on campus by Drake faculty members who are experts in their fields.
