Video Courses for Graduate Credit

Drake University Extension Education partners with Quality Educational Programs, Inc. to provide graduate level courses in a video correspondence format. These courses provide K-12 educators with practical content in a convenient manner. You may enroll in a maximum of 18 graduate credit hours in one semester.

Please note: All Quality Educational Programs (QEP) graduate courses are offered for EDMA credit. Courses that have a number starting with EDMA (Educational Masters) are considered transferrable and may be transferred as electives into the following Drake University School of Education program: Master of Science in Teacher Effectiveness and Professional Development.

Credit from any QEP course may be used for:

Renewal of teaching certificates.
Advancement on local salary schedules.
Elective credits on graduate degree programs (check in advance with your advisor).

Expedited Grading

The Drake Distance Learning Center does offer expedited grading. We will grade your materials and report a letter grade to our Registrar within 5 business days after receipt of your course work in our Distance Learning Center. The expedited grading fee is $85.00 per course. You must place the Expedited Grading Form on top of your course work so it will be clearly visible.
