Two Educational Leadership Cohorts are currently running at Grant Wood AEA in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This is a two-year program. Thirty-six hours of credit is required for completion: twenty-seven in coursework, three in seminars and six in clinical experience. Courses include practice-based learning assignments and case studies so that theory and practice are integrated throughout the curriculum. The program is web-assisted for optimal communication.
