Lab Decommissioning

All faculty members who have laboratories and are retiring or leaving Drake need to contact the EHS office no less than 45 day prior to their departure in order that their labs may be cleaned out.

A has a policy of decommissioning laboratories and the Environmental, Health and Safety office is required to provide a laboratory clearance form to Human Resources as part of the exit process.
