‌Drake’s leader development, readiness and strength series, Building Leaders from the Inside Out©, comprises three programs—Leading Self, Leading Others and Leading Organizations. Each program utilizes a signature learning experience designed to support your transformation to outstanding leadership performance while delivering maximum return on investment to your organization.

The Building Leaders from the Inside Out© series was developed in partnership with leading global, national and regional companies and human resource and talent development experts. Taught by industry practitioners and University thought leaders, participants learn alongside a carefully selected cohort of leaders from other companies and industries to drive peer-to-peer learning, maximize inter-organization exchange and deliver individual and organizational results.

Twenty executives from 14 central Iowa companies have graduated from the Executive Education Center at Drake University’s Leading Others program. The intensive 18-month program enhances participants’ ability to lead organizations through times of stability and change.
