‌To effectively lead others and implement positive change, you often need to make a bold move. Taking part in the Leading Others experience is that bold move; this transformative program addresses next-level competencies and skills, positioning you to lead your organization through periods of both change and stability.

Leading Others leverages a four-part, signature learning experience that encompasses more than 120 hours of orchestrated learning completed over a 18-month period. As a participant, you’ll move through four stages on your leadership journey: Leader Readiness, Leader Development, Organization Performance, and Leadership Sustainability. Throughout the program, you’ll collaborate with and gain fresh perspectives from your cohort of 24—peers who come from a wide range of companies, industries, and roles. You’ll also have one-on-one, focused coaching to build a next-level, actionable Leader Development Plan and Business Plan and be introduced to the Drake University Leadership Performance Model (LPM).

This experience, paired with our tailored assessments to the Drake University Leadership Success Profile (LSP), allows you to focus on those areas that are most valuable to your career and future.

Completion of the Leading Others program may reduce the hours required to complete Drake’s M.B.A. or Master of Communication Leadership degrees.
