Taking part in the Leading Others  experience is a bold move, meant only for those seeking a transformative program to position themselves to confidently lead organizations through periods of both change and stability.

Leading Others leverages a four-part, signature learning experience encompassing more than 120 hours of orchestrated learning over an 18-month period. This experience allows you to focus on those areas that are most valuable to your career and future through the following:

  • Developing skills and competencies in four stages of leadership: Leader Readiness, Leader Development, Organization Performance, and Leadership Sustainability
  • Collaborating with and gaining fresh perspectives from peers who come from a wide range of companies, industries, and roles
  • Working one-on-one with an Executive Leadership Coach to focus your objectives
  • Creating a next-level, actionable Leader Development Plan and Business Plan

Completion of the Leading Others program may reduce the hours required to complete Drake’s M.B.A. or Master of Communication Leadership degrees.

“I was prepared for a week of intense evaluation of my personal leadership style and capabilities. And, I was prepared to learn with and from a brilliant and skilled cohort of participants…What I wasn’t prepared for was to be able to walk away with a detailed, practical, easy to understand roadmap to help me move from good to outstanding leadership...Go to Harvard or Wharton if you want, but Drake’s Building Leaders from the Inside Out© is better!” Participant Cohort 2
