In this course, we’ll look at the main concepts of understanding, assessing, and deploying firm resources and capabilities for strategic impact.

The main objectives addressed in this session include: 

  • Determining firm resources
  • Estimating resource needs for the short and long-term
  • Identifying absolute and relative firm capabilities within a strategic framework
  • Aligning resource planning with strategic planning
