The Concept of Strategy—Goals, Value and Performance

The first of three courses on strategy, we’ll introduce the main concepts of strategy. We will begin by examining the contribution of strategy to the success of both organizations and individuals. The course also considers the role of strategy in providing direction and integration to the activities and decisions of the organization. Discover several frameworks for identifying and describe a firm’s strategy. We’ll conclude by connecting strategy to the actual performance of the organization on a range of qualitative and quantitative indicators.
