Eligibility: Upper division undergraduates and graduate students (Masters or Ph.D.) of accredited universities/colleges. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment, either through coursework or experience, to any combination of at least two of the following fields: Early Childhood Education, Child Development/Child Psychology, Film/Television Production, Music, or Animation. Applicant must have the ultimate goal of working in the field of children's media.

American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)

Award: Various

Eligibility: All applicants must be US citizens. Applicants must have obtained a liberal arts degree prior to enrolling in a graduate accounting program. Applicants must be liberal arts degree holders of a regionally accredited institution in the United States. Applicants must be accepted into, or in the process of applying to, a graduate program in accounting that will enable them to sit for the CPA Examination at a college or university whose business administration program is accredited by AACSB International or the ACBSP. Applicants must express the intention to pursue a CPA certificate. NOTE: students who are already actively participating in a graduate accounting program are NOT eligible for this scholarship.

Appraisal Institute Education Trust Scholarship
Deadline: March (Annually)
Award: $2,000 for Undergraduate and $3,000 for Graduate

Eligibility: Applicants must be United States Citizens. Applicants must be either Graduate or Undergraduate students majoring in real estate appraisal, land economics, real estate or allied fields. Applicants must be enrolled as Full-Time students for the academic year beginning August 2006 through June 2007.

Eligibility: Entrant must be enrolled in a full-time college degree program at the time of entry. Graduate and undergraduate students may apply. Employees of the Ayn Rand Institute, its board of directors and their immediate family members are not eligible for this contest.

Eligibility: Anyone attending a university, college, trade school, technical institute, vocational training or other post-secondary education program in the 2006-2007 academic year is eligible. To be eligible, you must not have received a full-tuition scholarship or waiver of another source. This means you cannot apply if you already have 100% of your school paid for. Journalism Foundation of Metropolitan St. Louis
Journalism Scholarship and Harold Ferman Photojournalism Achievement Award

Eligibility: Applicants must be completing their freshman, sophomore, junior, senior year of college or be in graduate school. They must be enrolled as full-time (taking at least 12 hours credit per semester or term) in courses leading to a degree in journalism or related field. Graduate students must carry at least six hours. Applicants must be residents of the St. Louis area (City of St. Louis, Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln, St. Charles, St. Louis and Warren counties in Missouri; Bond, Clinton, Jersey, Madison, Monroe and St. Clair counties in Illinois).

U.S. Army Health Professions Scholarship Program
Deadline: Not Available
Award: 100 percent tuition, monthly stipend, and school fees

Eligibility: Applicant must be a U.S. citizen with a baccalaureate degree from an accredited school.  The applicant must depending on specialty (Physician, Dentist, Veterinarian, Optometrist, Clinical or Counseling Psychologist) be enrolled in or have a letter of acceptance or intent from an accredited graduate program located in the United States or Puerto Rico.  The applicant must maintain full-time student status during the entire length of the program.  The applicant must qualify as a commissioned officer in the United States Army Reserve.
