5.10 BOARD OF STUDENT COMMUNICATIONS The Board of Student Communications (BSC) shall be a joint Faculty and Student Senate committee. The representation on this committee shall be four faculty members and three students. The chair shall be one of the four faculty members appointed by the Executive committee of the Faculty Senate. The chair will act as a moderator, and will cast the deciding vote in case of a tie. Three of the faculty members will be from the faculty of instruction. Of the three students on the committee, one shall be an elected Student Senator who will serve as Vice Chair and will have a one-year term. The remaining student positions will be appointed by the Student Body President with staggered two-year appointments. The faculty positions will also be staggered two-year appointments.
