Notice of Privacy Practice

All students 18 and older are considered adults and their health information cannot be disclosed without written permission. We are required by federal law to maintain the privacy of the student medical information. Each student will be offered a copy of the Notice of Privacy Practices.

Students under 18 years of age need a legal guardian to sign for treatment at the health center.
