Pre-Employment Forms

Prior to beginning employment at Drake University, certain forms are required.  These forms will be available at Human Resources, but are also available for your convenience. 

Unless noted, these forms can be completed prior to arriving on campus, when the remainder of the employment paperwork is completed.

Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification : This form must be completed either in the presence of a Human Resources Representative or designee, or in the presence of a notary public.
