On Campus Employment

The following listings are currently available for Drake students. Student who qualify for work-study given preference in hiring for on-campus positions. Contact the supervisor and apply for positions which are of interest to you.

If you qualify for work-study, jobs in non-profit organizations and government agencies are also available.

If you have not been previously employed at Drake, you must complete federal and state employment forms (Federal W-4, State W-4, and I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification) at Human Resources.  The Federal W-4 and State W-4 forms relate to taxes withheld from your monthly wages for Federal and State taxes. You may want to discuss these forms with a parent/guardian or tax advisor prior to completing the paperwork.  These forms must be completed before employment begins.   Additionally, students are required to use direct deposit into a checking or savings account.
