Drake has a variety academic relationships with partner universities around the world which provide for:

International exchange students coming to Drake
Each year Drake receives incoming exchange students from our partner universities. These students spend one or two semesters studying at Drake.  For a summary of the exchange process for incoming students, click here.

Drake students studying abroad on exchange
For information on how a Drake student can study abroad on exchange, go to Programs and Countries on the Drake Education Abroad web site.  The Study Abroad site has information on the wide range of international opportunities available to Drake students including faculty-led short courses abroad; summer, semester or year-long study abroad with affiliated programs, as well as Drake exchange opportunities.

Special opportunities in China
For information about Drake's relationships with Chinese universities, go to the web site of the Chinese Cultural Exchange Program.  The CCEP offers Drake graduates a unique opportunity to teach English in China, and also offers Drake faculty the opportunity for short term lecturing at partner universities.

Drake University’s Principal Financial Group Center for Global Citizenship (PFGCGC) will host a discussion on the Keystone XL Pipeline initiative in collaboration with the Iowa Energy Forum. General James Jones, a former national security advisor, will discuss the benefits of the pipeline initiative.
