International Student Orientation Information

Welcome to Drake University!

New International Students are required to attend International Orientation at the start of their term of arrival. Orientation for fall 2013 will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 from 9am to 4pm in the Olmstead Student Center in Parents' Hall (on the second floor). Additional orientation information included in this 10-minute online video. The video covers immigration issues, housing and meals, health insurance, campus security and victim services. New students will also receive information at the live orientation on how to take a blackboard quiz to ensure that they have understood the information on the videos. These videos will be permanently available online so that students may review them at any time during their enrollment at Drake University.
