Update on the POP E-Mail Issue


Following the move to the Drake Password, an issue has arisen for those who use pop e-mail.  Every 20-30 minutes or so, the pop server processes simply stop.  The issue is is being examined and a solution sought by the software vendor engineering department.

In the meantime, it is recommended that you use web mail or set your e-mail client to access imap, rather than pop.
