The Support Center is located in the lower level of Carnegie Hall, just west of Old Main. Support Center walk-in hours vary by day, but there's 24/7 phone support available at 515-271-3001. Call or stop by to get assistance.
Lynda.com provides a vast online library of instructional videos covering the latest software, creative, and business skills. It's free for all Drake students, faculty and staff and can be accessed via the campus life tab on blueView.
