The Support Center is located in the lower level of Carnegie Hall, just west of Old Main. Support Center walk-in hours vary by day, but there's 24/7 phone support available at 515-271-3001. Call or stop by to get assistance. If you have a room-related teaching emergency, please call 515-271-3002.
NOTE: Due to summer storm damage, the Support Center is currently located on the second floor of Collier-Scripps.
