Due to recent water damage in Carnegie Hall, the ITS Support Center has relocated walk-in support to the second floor of Collier-Scripps Room. Walk-in support is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
24/7 phone support is also available by calling 515-271-3001 or you can use the IT Service Portal at service.drake.edu/its to report any issues you may be having.
