Jeff has worked at Drake for 23 years in audio/video/broadcast engineering for the School of Journalism & Mass Communication and DrakeTeleMedia in addition to the production areas and journalism labs and servers.

He is technically responsible for the TV studio, studio control, editing facilities, audio production rooms, campus radio station KDRA-LP, satellite downlinks, and campus cable master controls.

He holds an Associates of Applied Science Degree (AASD) in Electronics Technology from Indian Hills Community College. In addition, he has training in the Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE) and Apple OS X Server Basic and Advanced.

In his spare time away from Drake he enjoys model building, model rocket building and flying, operating radio control vehicles, amateur radio and camping.
