The Drake Intellectual Property Law Center promotes global, interdisciplinary understanding of intellectual property law and policy.

The Intellectual Property Law Center has consistently been ranked among the top in the nation and in the top five programs in the Midwest.

Students in the center engage in an innovative curriculum with courses such as Entertainment Law, Mass Media, International Intellectual Property Law, IP in the Internet Age, and more.
