Drake Law School’s LLM in Intellectual Property Law prepares transnational international property (IP) lawyers for today’s global business environment.

Program Overview

The LLM in Intellectual Property Law degree is designed for students who have already earned their JD, LLB, or comparable law degree.

The program provides students with the skills and key competencies needed to become successful transnational IP lawyers.
