Emerging Leaders Model (ELM)

The Emerging Leaders Model (ELM) is a seven-week co-curricular program designed for first-year students, our future leaders at Drake. For an hour each week, participants will learn about leadership opportunities at Drake and will get to know other leadership-minded individuals in a small group setting. Becoming an Emerging Leader is a great way to get acquainted with the endless opportunities for meaningful involvement at Drake. The completion of the ELM program will serve as a foundation for future leadership positions on campus, in the community, and beyond.

ELM will meet on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and will begin the week of September 26th and go through November 16th.

If you are interested in registering for ELM please complete the following form by midnight on September 23rd
