The event will begin with a luncheon featuring guitarist Lorenzo Sandoval, host of the Insight Iowa Program, and Drake student pianist Patrick Cruz-Brown. Following the luncheon, John Paul Chaisson-Cardenas, executive director of the Institute for the Support of Latino/a Families and Communities, will give a presentation titled “Latinos in the United States: A Solid Bridge for a Better Tomorrow.” The cost of the event is $10 per person.
